2 x 4 lumber (I would now use pressure treated lumber like the leg extenders!)
Three 3/8″ x 4 1/2″ long threaded rods for 3 hinges with washers and nuts
Web strapping to control opening height. Take notice that I do not use the horizontal top boards to control the opening height. I cut too many boards while cutting firewood!
A second set of horizontal boards near bottom of folding legs to increase the weight it will hold without wobbling.
Also added a non-pivoting set of diagonal boards to do short cuts on large knotty log sections.
I load this baby up with all the logs it will hold and cut away.
