Ease or health is an endogenous process; springing forth from within. It is the NORMAL STATE of a human being that is not blocking the natural flow of health from within.
No disease can enter into or take hold of our bodies unless it finds therein something corresponding to itself which makes it possible. And in the same way, no evil or undesirable condition of any kind can come into our lives unless there is already in them that which invites it and so makes it possible for it to come. The sooner we begin to look within ourselves for the cause of whatever comes to us, the better it will be, for so much the sooner will we begin to make conditions within ourselves such that only good may enter. Let’s consider a sneeze.
We sneeze and then say “I must be catching a cold”; we start believing in catching a cold. So we start fighting our body’s healing force.
Actually a sneeze is a natural cleansing process. After a sneeze we should say “thank God a foreign substance is on is way out of me!” We should use our awareness of this process to drink lots of fluid and get more rest. Then we are assisting our body’s healing force.
Most of us have knowledge of all sorts of things that will assist our body’s healing force; but we fail to apply them in our life.
Start today taking small steps to assist your body’s healing force; and do them every day. After you become accustomed to doing them; you just may add more to your life.
Remember; a little bit of something is better than a whole lot of nothing.
